Second, this is new to me (Fractional CTO) work. I know some people who currently do it and I've read a reasonable amount on getting started.

In case it matters, I have about 20+ years of experience as a programmer and architect. I do a lot of educational content on my videos to try and mentor newer programmers. I've worked with companies from startup size to extremely large companies.
