...and not like "Axe Throwing" or "Ropes Courses" (although both of those are fun!)
I'm Cale and I am testing the waters to see if there is space for a fractional Team Effectiveness Coach. We all know that putting people in the same room doesn't make a team. A highly effective team takes communication, trust, empathy, and alignment and none of those 'just happen.'
I am developing some offerings like workshops, frameworks, documents, and structures to help build and improve teams. I am still figuring out what this looks like as a fractional role rather than a FTE role through an R&D dept. or HR dept.
Anyone doing something similar, or looking for help with teams- I would love to connect with you. I am willing to partner with folks who need a service that I have not fully developed yet.
