I'm supporting a stealth-mode startup in the USA reimagining creative writing with cutting-edge technology, including large language models (LLMs).
We're seeking an experienced UX designer to help shape the user experience of an AI language model product. The ideal consultant will:
- Develop intuitive interaction patterns for complex AI capabilities
- Design clear feedback mechanisms to help users understand model outputs and limitations
- Create user flows that guide effective prompt engineering
- Recommend best practices for error handling and edge cases
- Provide guidance on information architecture and feature organization
Requirements:
- Previous experience designing interfaces for AI/ML products
- Strong understanding of conversation design and natural language interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating successful complex product interactions
- Familiarity with current LLM capabilities and limitations
Suggested timeline: 2-3 week engagement initially, but will likely lead to follow-on work in the future as the product develops.
