Does anybody have experience or know of folks managing a team as a fractional leader? Are the direct reports also fractional or full-time? How many hours per week are you working and in what areas are you spending your time?
I’m considering opening a fractional practice and planning if I’ll cater work samples to management experience or individual contributor product design work.
My assumption is that most fractional work is individual contributor work, but could be wrong.
