Hi from a CPO (Chief & Coffee Product Officer)

I’m Lida Tohidi, a Fractional Head of Product helping B2B(2C) startups achieve transformative growth. Over the years, I’ve built a national incubator, won the Google Startup Battle (from 1,000+ teams), and delivered results for scaling startups, including leading a team at 23 Design (acquired by frog, designer of Apple’s first Mac).

Outside of work, I’m passionate about neurodiversity. I also own a coffee and cacao farm retreat in El Salvador, where we recently celebrated our first cacao harvest after a few years! When I’m not experimenting with sustainable farming, I host resilience-focused meetups, share insights on ADHD as a superpower, and embrace new adventures.
