Preparing for SouthPark Commons Interview

Posted .
Hey everyone, my name is Sasha (engineer / PM), currently interviewing (interview is next Friday) with SouthParkCommons (early stage incubator) for their founder fellowship for a product that is an AI based conversation coaching tool that I prototyped, seeking advice for their interview.

In the interview, they ask about three different things:
  • Team dynamic: Tell us how you divide responsibilities and highlight the experiences that make your team special. Please don't recite your LinkedIn or career chronologically.
  • Ideation: What problems do you want to solve? What initial solutions have you already invalidated, if any? What is your process for generating and validating new ideas?
  • Next steps: If you receive funding, what do you want to accomplish over the next couple months? What hypotheses do you want to validate? How would you spend your time, and why can’t you do that now

My application: thingsibuild.substack.com/p/workshopping-my-application-for-southpark

My ask.  This is my first time doing this type of a program:
  • if anyone in the group has knowledge about speedy-validation, team-dynamic, or how to deploy funding at a seed-stage startup, please let me know.
  • Very open to any resources, or practice conversations y'all could provider.  I'll be sure to keep organizing the dinners and paying the karma back.
  • Happy Friday!
